Very Friendly & Honest! I walked into Computertech on a Monday, with a broken laptop screen. I was just curious about the pricing, see how much it would cost (if it was worth it). They told me the screen would be from $75-$150 depending on how common it was, and the labor would either be an hour or hour and a half. I said let's do it, and the tech ordered the screen RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. I actually saw him research the cheapest price, the price I would be paying if I was to do this. I was very grateful for that. Ended up finding my screen for around $85. Screen arrived on Wednesday, and the tech installed it as soon as he got it. Charged me for 1 hour. No scratches my laptop or screen, everything was PERFECT! Thanks for making my first computer repair experience great Computertech. I really do appreciate it.

I must say, that I have never in my life received better customer service than I have today at ComputerTech. I had a huge issue with my very new laptop. My husband, Steve, said that we should just purchase a new one, but I wanted to see if we could get it fixed instead. I did some research and found ComputerTech, and Pete and Tony. Pete and Tony were very knowledgeable, professional, and such honest people that I will never ever go anywhere else. They are not interested in preying off of people that are less-than tech savvy -- such as myself -- they are interested in providing an honest and high quality service to people in need of help. Very Helpful, Knowledgeable, Fast. Removed viruses from my sons machine, recommended how to keep them away. Very affordable, flat fee. Got machine back later that day too. Very friendly, answered everything I asked. Machine runs great, and son has been virus free for 6 months so far. Told Pete if everything was good 6 months down the road, I would let him know. This will be the only place I will be bringing my computers to. I highly recommend giving them a shot next time your computer is down.
