ComputerTech LLC has been serving the Information Technologies (IT) industry for over 11 years.
Our staff has a combined 88 years experience in IT.
We provide walk-in, on-site and remote service, repair or upgrade of your computer in your home or your business office. Our technicians are on call to resolve your problem quickly with the least amount of inconvenience or downtime; they are skilled in the diagnosis and resolution of computer issues.
Over the years we have built, sold and repaired hundreds of computers. During that time we have serviced and installed every brand of computer, from home-pc’s to sophisticated business networks comprised of servers, client workstations and associated peripheral equipment.
Each customer and computer is handled with care and respect. We keep you informed; if during diagnostic analysis we discover problems that were not obvious at first look, we will call and get your OK before repairs are started.

We serve Southern Oregon and Rogue Valley cities, including Medford, Ashland, Phoenix, Talent, Central Point, Eagle Point, Gold Hill, Sams Valley, Ruch, Jacksonville, and Shady Cove.
We specialize in office computer systems, repairs, upgrades, virus removal and networking. We also facilitate the needs of home users with the same services as for our business clients.
In addition to the above, we also build, maintain, service and upgrade websites. Along those lines, we have extensive experience performing search engine optimization and content management.
Miscellaneous services include, but are not limited to, laptop repair, tutoring and training, installing software, computer tune-ups, building custom systems, service maintenance, data backup solutions, data recovery, and remote support (you stay home and connect to us via your computer and we answer your questions).
We are Red Flag compliant, and meet all data theft protection guidelines. Simply put, adopting Red Flag rules requires us to develop and implement a written identify theft prevention program.
